Teamwork!

We are half way through our first week of 2nd grade! Every Friday the students vote on who they think deserves to be Bumblebee of the Week for the following week.  Last Friday, Jayden T. received the most votes and is our current Bumblebee of the Week! Way to go Jayden!

Today, we worked in small groups and eventually as a whole class to make a doubles domino puzzle.  I was really impressed by how hard everyone worked and how well all 19 kids worked together.

Remember it is a 3 day weekend for Labor Day.

Thank you all so much for coming last night.  I really enjoyed meeting all of you and seeing your kiddos again.  I didn't get to spend as much time as I would like with all of you.  If there is anything that you want to tell me about your student, feel free to contact me at anytime.

Remember that tomorrow (August 21st) is a FULL day of school.
