This last week, we had Mrs. Anderson (hearing specialist) and Lexi give a presentation on noise awareness. It was wonderful and the kids learned a lot. We all had ear plugs in and kept them on for the morning to see how it felt to lose part of our hearing. The kids thought it was awesome and so did I!
On Earth Day we went to the ICF property and the kids got to hear about ground water and how hazardous waste affects our environment. Then we went on a hike. It was a great change of pace.
Be warned... This month will be CRAZY! We have a lot going on! I'll be adding things in throughout the month to keep us going strong. Below is a list of what we are planning so far and below that are some pictures!

Mrs. Anderson and Lexi giving their presentation.
Mayson LOVED his ear plugs. He still wears them sometimes to help him concentrate.
These kids might drive me CRAZY sometimes, but I love them and life would be awfully boring without them!
